Architecture/Landscape/Interiors Senior Lecturer Greg Kochanowski has been elevated to Principal with Rios Clementi Hale Studios!
One of Greg’s recent projects is Sacramento Downtown Commons, a 16-story mixed use tower (retail, event, office, hotel, residences) located in Sacramento adjacent to the new Kings Arena. Sacramento Downtown Commons is part of a larger mixed-use development by Rios Clementi Hale Studios, totaling approximately one million sf. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in early 2017.
